According to the publication, the American leader allowed himself statements that were untrue on a wide variety of domestic and international topics, including commenting on the impeachment process, the coronavirus pandemic and the events surrounding the death of African-American George Floyd. According to the newspaper’s calculations, as of July 9, for 1,267 days in the White House, Trump lied 20,055 times.

The newspaper noted that most often the US president distorted reality, saying that "the current state of the American economy is the best in the history of the country." In addition, Trump regularly reported on “building a wall on the border with Mexico” and “the biggest tax cut in American history,” which is also not true, the newspaper said.
